This Privacy Policy applies to links.kahuanui.com (the "Site"), operated by Keahu Kahuanui. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it refers to the operator of this Site.

We collect two categories of information depending on how you interact with this Site:

• Email address — If you voluntarily subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address. Providing your email is entirely optional and requires explicit action on your part (you must type it and click Subscribe).

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data of any kind.

The Site uses cookies and browser storage set by third-party analytics services. No first-party cookies are set by this Site itself.

Kit.com (newsletter signup) does not set cookies — it only receives your email address when you actively submit the signup form.

We use the following third-party services that process data on our behalf:

Analytics services may transfer data to the United States. Google and PostHog participate in data transfer frameworks providing appropriate safeguards for international transfers. You may review their respective privacy policies for details.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Data Retention

Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months within Google Analytics and PostHog, after which it is automatically deleted or aggregated. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe, at which point they are removed from the active mailing list (Kit may retain them in suppression lists per their policy).

Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted here.
